Play Better Golf

Golf is not just a physical game it is also a mental game. Using hypnosis and visualization to succeed in the game of golf is what is used by all the gentlemen who play this game. It is part of the technique in trying to best the opponent, to predict the moves that are about to be made against the elements as well as mental calculations that are physics in nature.

When learning to play, one of the things that a tyro learns is using hypnosis and visualization to succeed in the game of golf. A good player never just comes out on the grass and start playing. The first thing a good player does is the walk the grass and to feel the grass. All the time this is done, the player absorbs all the information received and files all that information deep into the mind for later recall. Before the actual game begins, the player must have fully ‘visualized’ the grass and must have made mathematical analyses to ensure winning.

As the game progresses, using hypnosis and visualization to succeed in the game of golf makes minute alterations to the calculations made previously. Being able to visualize the coming hole and being able to adjust to unexpected events makes a good player. That is why, during the game, it is frowned upon that the spectators make noise when a player is thinking or attempting to tee off.

Games are won and lost depending on how the game was visualized. If the player can predict the positive outcome because of the information that comes in when the game progresses, then the player wins. But if the information received is negative, the player can lose. Why? Visualizing the game is a mental affair, having to do the moves physically depends on other factors, mostly psychological as well as physical.

The concept of winning or losing is really not physical. Winning all depends on the firm and positive belief that the game is going to be won; that the game will go according to the plans visualized; that the game is won because of the firm conviction of being the best in the game. Once you understand the full concept of “hypnosis” then you can also know the different ways to spur visualization in conversational hypnosis.
